Our family recently stayed at the Lovely Suites Hotel and had a mixed experience. the hotel is well-maintained and conveniently located near the New Wolsey Theatre, which was a bonus for us since we enjoy attending shows. the internet was a lifesaver for keeping our children entertained during downtime. Although the flat was decent, we encountered a couple of issues that made our stay less than ideal. the owner was understanding and refunded us for the nights we chose not to stay, which we appreciated. Despite the setbacks, our family enjoyed the location and the opportunity to explore the area. the refund also helped soften the blow of our shortened stay. Our experience at Lovely Suites Hotel was not what we expected, but it was adequate for our needs.
